Cottages: Check-in from 2:00 PM, check-out by 12:00 PM (noon). Pre-booked cottages are held only until 6:00 PM, unless you’ve let us know you’ll arrive fashionably late.

Caravans and tents: Same deal—check-in at 2:00 PM, check-out by 12:00 PM.
Accommodation and Cleaning

The price covers your right to use the unit and all its standard equipment.

Bring your own bedding (linens, sleeping bag, etc.). If you’d rather not wrestle with duvet covers, we rent them at reception for a small fee.

Final cleaning of cottages is included—but you’re expected to empty the fridge, wash the dishes, take the trash to the waste station, and cart off any bottles or cans you brought. If you rented bedding, leave the used linens in a neat pile on the bed.

Optional mid-stay cleaning is available at the same €30 rate as final cleaning—just add it to your reservation.

We reserve the right to charge extra if your unit requires super-deep cleaning or special detergents (yes, that means you).
Keys and Security

Make sure windows and doors are locked when you leave.

You’re responsible for the key throughout your stay.

Lost a key outside reception hours? It’s a €50 door-opening fee.

If you lose a key entirely, you’ll cover any lock-change costs in full.
Misconduct and Early Termination

If you ignore our house rules or staff warnings and continue causing trouble or danger, we can terminate your stay immediately.

All actual costs incurred by your misbehavior will be billed to you.
Damages, Deficiencies, and Complaints

Spot a broken light bulb, leaky tap, questionable mattress spring or anything else off? Tell us immediately so we can fix or compensate on the spot.

If the issue can’t be resolved immediately, you must file a written complaint to Pukinsaaren Majoitus AY right away. Late claims won’t be considered.

You must also report and reimburse any damage you or your group cause to the cottage or other campsite property. Unreported damage will be charged at actual replacement or repair cost.

We’re not responsible for third-party disruptions (e.g., water, electricity, telecom, or TV outages).
Guest Numbers and Ages

Maximum occupancy = number of beds plus extra beds. Exceeding this voids insurance, so don’t try it.

You must declare your party size on arrival, and you may not exceed it.

The booker and at least one guest must be 24 years old. We may check IDs at any time—no fake IDs, please. If none of you meet the age requirement, we’ll cancel without refund.
Passenger Register

Finnish law requires every guest to complete a passenger register form before or upon check-in.

Failing to provide or falsifying information is punishable under the Criminal Code.
Underage Guests

Minors are welcome only with a guardian. Each under-18 guest must have a signed permission note from a parent or guardian (or emailed to us in advance), including the guardian’s phone number.

All guests share responsibility for intentional damage or theft. We’ll inform guardians—and, if needed, the police—of any vandalism.

If no one meets the age requirement (see above), we’ll cancel without refund.
Smoking and Pets

Smoking is permitted only outdoors. Unauthorized indoor smoking will incur extra cleaning and airing charges.

Pets are allowed but must be declared in advance. Bring your own pet bed—no pets on our beds or sofas.

A sick pet is not a valid reason for cancellation.
Illness

A doctor’s note entitles you to a €20 office-fee waiver per reservation.

In multi-unit or group bookings, one person’s illness does not justify cancelling the entire reservation.
Disputes

First, let’s talk it out: provider and guest should negotiate in good faith.

If we can’t reach agreement, you may bring the dispute to the Consumer Disputes Board.
